The Fremantle Biennale is thrilled to announce the return of Fervor as part of the 2019 program. With a secret venue to be made public in October, expect a truly unique Australian dining experience. Using locally sourced native produce to inspire and fashion their menus, Fervor engage with local communities to share in a cuisine drawn from the immediate landscape with deep connections to story and place.

Paul Iskov has worked internationally at world leading restaurants Noma, DOM and Pujol. Since then, he has returned to Western Australia to craft a unique outlook on contemporary Australian cuisine.
